ICI is a member of the Australian Society of Horticulture Science. AuSHS promotes the horticulture profession, the study of horticulture, introduces codes of management and ethics and provides technical advice to government and industry organisations.
ICI is a member of Adult Learning Australia (ALA). ALA is the national peak body for the Adult and Community Education fields. ALA has both organizational and individual members in all States and Territories who reflect the diversity of adult and community education. ALA is primarily funded by a project grant from the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).
ICI is a educational member of the International Nanny Association (INA). In 1985 nanny agency owners, nannies and nanny educators from Australia, New Zealand, United States, England, Canada, and New Zealand gathered at Scripps College in Claremont, California, for the first INA conference. Since 1985 INA has become the global industry body for Nannies all around the world. (Relevant to Nanny courses offered by ICI).
